We collect information from you when you place an order. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Any information we collect from you may be used to process transactions.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to enquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit or access it. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive or credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted into our payment gateway provider's database, accessible only to those authorised with special access rights, who are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financial details, etc.) is not stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property or safety. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

Afripartsourcing.com is a trade name (the "Owner"). The Owner reserves the right to amend, update and change this Privacy Policy at any time. Please review it regularly to stay aware of our current policies and practices.
Return Policy
Afripartsourcing.com parts are returnable provided they have not been installed, used or damaged, and are returned within 3 days of receiving your order. Returned parts must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice and original packaging, in resaleable condition.
There will be no return on electrical parts, other than a warranty claim accompanied by the required diagnostic report indicating the part is faulty, supplied by an entity with acceptable credentials approved to conduct testing on the goods being returned.
Unwanted, unused parts returned after 5 working days of the invoice date may incur up to a 20% handling fee and may be subject to Head Office quality control inspection before acceptance. Parts returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
Parts that have been defaced — installed, disassembled, tampered with, oil-stained, primed or otherwise modified, and therefore not in their original state as sold, including damage to the packaging or lack of original packaging — will not be accepted for return.
Special orders will not be accepted for return, as these parts are specifically ordered according to the customer's requirements.
Cancellation Policy
The customer has the right to cancel an order that has not yet shipped. Where the order status shows "not yet paid to our supplier," the customer may cancel and will receive a full refund without any charges. If the order has already shipped, please refer to the Return Policy above.
In certain cases Afripart reserves the right to reject a cancellation — for example where an item has been ordered to a remote dealer branch.
Shipping Policy
All shipments are fully covered by insurance. Afripartsourcing.com makes every effort to ensure your parcel arrives in perfect condition. We are not liable for damage occurring during shipping via truck transportation, bus transportation or freight forwarders, and we are not responsible for late shipments. All shipping dates are approximate; the buyer is not entitled to charge-backs, price reductions or other offsets as a result of a late shipment or failure to deliver within the estimated time. You agree not to refuse any shipment for any reason — refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent.
We ship to almost all provinces in Zambia within our supply chain. In some cases small items may be missing their original packaging, due to bulk supply from the manufacturer (items like bolts, nuts and bushes). We work with well-known carriers — buses, trucks, FedEx, TNT, DHL, EMS and others for registered parcels. In most cases we dispatch stock items within 3–4 working days. Glass items (windscreens, side door glass) require a wooden crate and are subject to an extra fee of 30–200 USD depending on size and destination province.
Damages
All damaged or defective items should be reported to sales@afripartsourcing.com within 3 days of receiving your package. Otherwise, our insurance cover will not apply to the loss.
Governing Law / Jurisdiction
These agreements are subject to the laws of the Republic of Zambia, without regard to choice or conflict of law principles. You and Afripart Sourcing agree to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Zambia to resolve any dispute, claim or controversy relating to or arising in connection with these agreements.
Data Deletion
If you have registered an account directly on Afripartsourcing.com, we act as the data controller. We will delete all account data on request, or on closure of your account. This data is deleted from the system immediately and cannot be recovered by any user or Afripart Sourcing employee after that point. Data that has been deleted cannot be recovered at any time.
