Ordering spare parts

The customer takes full responsibility for ordering items and any substitutions chosen by the customer. All information provided regarding spare parts and their substitutions is for the customer's information only. Where a customer orders a discontinued part, we reserve the right to supply an OEM substitution part number; no refund will be given where the substitution is cheaper than the original price.

By ordering spare parts or their substitutions, the customer takes full responsibility for the correctness and suitability of the part number ordered. Afripartsourcing.com does not carry responsibility for a customer's mistakes in part numbers or spare parts ordered.

We do not guarantee that all ordered parts will be available in stock. Your order might be cancelled or partially shipped. For items that are not available, you will receive a refund for the item and shipping charges, where they apply. In some cases the refund will cover only the cost of the item, because a lightweight item may not affect shipping charges once a courier's minimum charge criteria (1 kg) is applied.

Payment

Payment covers the item and shipping cost only. The customer takes full responsibility for any import duties, taxes, fees (brokerage, admin, airport handling, import) that may be collected by the destination country's courier company, where applicable.

Kindly request our bank details from Afripart Sourcing before making any payment — a bank letter will be provided confirming our bank and company details.

Using our South Africa address

Where you use our address to receive your orders from your suppliers, for us to transport on your behalf, you agree, by confirming these terms and conditions, to allow us to open and inspect the product. For safety purposes, to prevent damage, some product packaging may be opened and then re-sealed by an Afripart warehouse member.

Returns

All parts sourced by Afripart can be returned to the supplier within 7 days, subject to a 20% return fee.
